OUR PROCESS
Consultation & Site Visit
The meeting can be held at our studio in Al Quoz or at your location. During this session, we will identify and clarify the specific needs of your project or products, including dimensions, budget, and style preferences. Following our discussion, we will provide a Quotation or Design Fee document that details the deliverables and the corresponding costs.
Schematic Design
During the schematic design phase, we refine the approved concept by selecting materials and creating samples. This process includes generating multiple 3D visualizations of the designated spaces and conducting a thorough analysis of each room.
Furthermore, we initiate the preliminary selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), incorporating both custom designs and products sourced from local and international markets.
Tender Drawings
The detailed design stage is where we document the interior architecture of the property. We provide a technical set of detailed CAD drawings and specifications that are necessary to start the BOQ & tendering process.
Site Supervision
Known as the “Post Contract” stage, this optional service is crucial in bringing the tender package to life. Our project management site team is dedicated to maintaining quality and ensuring that your best interests are prioritized until the project is successfully completed.
Interior Styling
As an optional service, we provide accessory sourcing and final styling during the last stage of your project. We curate decorative accessories, artefacts, books, kitchen accessories, and bed linen from both local and international suppliers, tailored to your budget and vision. Styling the final product adds vitality to the project, and we can incorporate your existing belongings or create an entirely new look for the space. With our own unique home decor products crafted in our studio, the possibilities are endless, allowing us to create bespoke items tailored to your personal taste.
